    What to wear?

    • Layers of clothes, as even in the coldest weather we can get very warm.
    • Hat   (for mummy and baby).
    • Good trainers or walking shoes.
    • Good fitting sports bra (or two!).

    What not to forget?

    • Drink for mum&bub.
    • Rain cover / sunshade.
    • Sun cream.
    • Snack for baby / toddler.
    • Toys / books for toddler.

    Preparation

    • Feed baby before coming to class, this means baby isn't hungry and you can get an hour for YOU. If you're breastfeeding this also ensures you are more comfortable to exercise.

    What if it rains?

    • We meet in all weathers (unless you get notified!)so come prepared.
    • Remember, "There is no such thing as bad weather, just inappropriate clothing!!".
    • Although you may get warm, the babies are not exercising, so remember dress your bubs for outdoors! Blanket for the cold days - we exercise rain or shine.

     We offer a wide range of exercise programs for kids and adolescents, our qualified Staff ensures that your kids are in save hands.

    All Kids have different needs and therefore each session will be individually designed to reach the goals.

    Fit & Fun is our Nr.1 goal at all times

    Programs for children- and adolescents (we at active4life have working with children check).

    Terms & conditions

     

    Sessions will be charged in full if not cancelled 12 hours before start. ( emergencies not included)

    Sessions have to be payed in full if cancelled without notice.

    Blocks of Sessions ( 5x/10x) must be used within 3 month from last session.

    Group sessions deals expire after every 10 week block( Not transferable)

    There is no Refund for sessions cancelled because of Rain/Storm ("Bad weather") or Heat. ( only if cancelled by Active4life Trainers or Active4life Employes).

    All open invoices must be payed before the end of each Finacial year.
