What is Nordic Walking and why should I be interested?
Nordic Walking can be done all year round and anywhere. It combines walking with a simple technique using specially designed poles.The result is a full body workout that strengthens muscles and bones and can burn more calories without a change in perceived exertion or having to walk faster.
