What you eat and when you eat it makes a big difference when it comes to weight loss and being healthy, we can provide nutrition advice, helpful tips, and reminders to keep you on track.

There's nothing that motivates like seeing evidence that the hard work is paying off, so we re-assess our One on One clients every months on their weight, body fat, girth measurements, fitness, strength, and flexibility. This ensures we can track your progress, and update your program as required.

Share the fitness fun with a friend or partner...
Partner sessions are a great way to get fit with a partner or friend! Fitness should be fun and working out with a mate can make your sessions a lot more social and motivating. It helps if you can bring your own partner, but contact us to see if we have someone of similar abilities and aims we can match you up with.
